Joseph Douglas, an Offshore medic and urgent care occupational nurse. Joseph is currently working the frontlines in New Orleans, a Covid-19 hotspot with the third fastest growing rate of Covid cases in the US. Joseph Douglas was recently sent by helicopter 150 miles out into the Gulf of Mexico to test quarantined deckhands to their cabin, after their vessel was in a holding pattern by Homeland Security. Joseph's clinic has had over 100 patients test positive for Covid-19, and has felt losses close to home. Joseph son’s football coach, age 55, died of Covid-19 related symptoms while awaiting his results, as well as the mother of his daughter’s best friend.
